At NKAP Group, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can take advantage of our 30-day return policy. You are only paying a small fee for the return, the product value itself is returned to you fully.

How to Return an Item

1. Initiate a Return – Contact our customer support team at sales@nkap-group.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

2. Package Your Item – Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

3. Hand Over to the Carrier – Once your return is approved, ship the package using the instructions provided by our team.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued latest within 14 days after the package is handed over to the carrier.

The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
